I know what you are thinking, "Brussels Sprouts? Yuck!" But rest assure that these will change your mind if you never cared for them before. I found this recipe on pintrest and have made this once a week for the last four weeks. They are DELICIOUS! I changed the original recipe up a little bit but I'll link it up to so you all can have both.

Caramelized Brussels Sprouts
- 14-15 large brussels sprouts
- 2 TB Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 TB brown sugar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Slice each brussels sprout very thin until you have a mound of feathery brussels sprout ribbons. Heat the olive oil over medium high in a large skillet and saute the garlic for 30 seconds. Add the brussels sprouts and continue sauteing for another 4-5 minutes, until bright green and tender. Add the sea salt and brown sugar and toss together.
